Found him on the 1930 Marshallville, Wayne, Ohio census (dist 1 img 4) as David Leisy age 68. Father, mother born Pennsylvania.

When rural mail service was inaugurated from Marshallville in 1903 he drove one of the first routes, and continued in service for 26 years.
